Our experienced Property Specialists help take you on a journey from where you currently are, into a brand new built home anywhere across New South Wales.

Finance

Based on your current finances, our in-house Mortgage Broking team work out your maximum Borrowing Capacity. This way you know how much you can spend maximum on your new Home & Land package purchase.

We then ask you to tell us your budget – how much you are comfortable to spend. This budget will guide your experienced Property Specialist to present options to you whose monthly repayments you will be comfortable with.
If you aren’t currently in a position to proceed with a loan application through one of our many lenders straight away, we will coach you & give you direction on what you need to do financially to be in a position to purchase in the near future (3 to 12 months). We do such things as put you on savings plans, ongoing advice on debt management, debt reduction, credit file management to name a few. For clients with defaults on your credit file, we also help to remove such defaults.

Deposit

We take a small deposit from you to help towards putting blocks on hold as well as securing fixed price building contracts through one of our many highly reputable Builder Partners.

This helps us secure your chosen Home & Land package & goes towards your total loan deposit.

Land

Based on your budget our experienced Property Specialist will shortlist a few blocks of land in the areas you want to live in. This will then be presented to you at one of your appointments.

The block options presented to you will all fall under your budget. Your personal Property Specialist will provide you with all the information you need so as to physically locate & find the blocks to ascertain their suitability to you. We will also tell you everything there is to know about the local area – what amenities exist, nearest schools, parks, hospitals, shopping centers, hospitals to name a few.
We will even take you on a tour of the area to highlight everything about it.
You then choose the best block for you from the options presented.

Home

Once you’ve chosen your desired block, your Property Specialist will present you with a few options of House Designs that will fit on your block. Our Home & Land packages are mostly turnkey (subject to your budget)

so your new home will be completely finished. That way once completed, there will be nothing else left for you to do. All you will need to do is move in with your suitcase & organize furniture. Our packages include items like Fencing, Landscaping, Letter boxes, clothes lines, driveways all of which most builders will not include standard. This is mainly what sets us apart from the rest. We have a large database of the best Builders in NSW who we partner with to deliver your new home.
With your custom Home & Land package now done, we can proceed to signing both Land & Build contracts.
